PAYMENT OF TAXES
Tax notices containing the Non-Ad Valorem Assessments and the Ad Valorem taxes are then mailed out by the Tax Collector to the assessed owners and addresses as shown on the certified tax rolls, normally on November 1st each year. In cases where the property owner pays through an escrow agent, the mortgage company should request and be sent the tax notice, the property owner would then receive a copy of this notice.
